Our approach to partnerships

The Com­mis­sion on Excel­lence and Inno­va­tion in Health (CEIH) helps cre­ate part­ner­ships that improve health­care out­comes for South Australians.

We con­nect peo­ple, ideas and exper­tise to strength­en col­lab­o­ra­tion across the health­care system.

We’ve devel­oped a Part­ner­ship Approach and sup­port­ing tools to help health organ­i­sa­tions build and sus­tain effec­tive partnerships.

Why part­ner­ships matter

Part­ner­ships help organ­i­sa­tions tack­le chal­lenges that are too com­plex to solve alone.

By work­ing togeth­er, organ­i­sa­tions can:

  • devel­op more coor­di­nat­ed and inno­v­a­tive solutions
  • make bet­ter use of resources and expertise
