Katie Billing

Executive Director Consumer and Clinical Partnerships

Katie is a pub­lic sec­tor leader with a proven record in dri­ving suc­cess through part­ner­ships and col­lab­o­ra­tion, build­ing robust rela­tion­ships and net­works across the pub­lic sec­tor and com­mu­ni­ty. She holds Gen­er­al and Emer­gency Nurs­ing qual­i­fi­ca­tions attained through Flinders Uni­ver­si­ty in SA and an Exec­u­tive Mas­ter of Pub­lic Admin­is­tra­tion thought the Aus­tralian and New Zealand School of Gov­ern­ment (ANZ­SOG) and Monash Uni. 

With 25 years expe­ri­ence in South Aus­trali­a’s health sec­tor, Katie has made sig­nif­i­cant con­tri­bu­tions across a range of nurs­ing roles, includ­ing emer­gency depart­ments, gen­er­al wards, and aged care in both region­al and metro set­tings. Her exten­sive back­ground encom­pass­es clin­i­cal lead­er­ship, where she has spear­head­ed major sys­tem changes such as hos­pi­tal rede­vel­op­ment projects and the imple­men­ta­tion of elec­tron­ic med­ical records (eMR), and sys­tem lev­el strate­gic lead­er­ship apply­ing sys­tems think­ing to the most com­plex chal­lenges faced by ser­vice providers.

Katie is pas­sion­ate about work­force well­be­ing, envi­ron­men­tal suit­abil­i­ty and equi­ty and doing bet­ter to improve these across the bound­aries of gov­ern­ment enti­ties in the deliv­ery of all pub­lic programs. 

Tina Hardin

Tina Hardin has worked for almost 20 years as a future think­ing data ana­lyst with a pas­sion for using data and tech­nol­o­gy to inform excel­lence in clin­i­cal care. She has led a range of busi­ness intel­li­gence relat­ed projects and has a weak­ness for cats and lasagne, which might make her the human form of Garfield?

Keith McNeil

Commissioner

Pro­fes­sor Kei­th McNeil is a health­care pow­er­house with a 42-year career spent on the front­lines of patient care and inno­va­tion.

Kei­th joined us from his posi­tion as Chief Med­ical Offi­cer of Queens­land Health.

He has pre­vi­ous­ly served in a num­ber of senior lead­er­ship roles in the health sec­tor, includ­ing Chief Clin­i­cal Infor­ma­tion Offi­cer roles in the NHS and Queens­land, hos­pi­tal and health ser­vice CEO roles in Queens­land and Cam­bridge UK, and as Act­ing Deputy Direc­tor Gen­er­al of Clin­i­cal Excel­lence Queensland.
