The Commission on Excellence and Innovation in Health (CEIH) is inviting expressions of interest for the Clinical Lead of the Chronic Pain Statewide Clinical Network.
Statewide Clinical Networks (SCNs) are central to advancing clinical excellence and collaboration across South Australia’s health system.
SCNs bring together health professionals, consumers and other experts to lead change, solve complex problems and improve outcomes in specific areas of healthcare. Their work extends across the state and beyond SA Health.
About the Chronic Pain SCN
The Chronic Pain SCN’s vision is to provide a strong, connected and inclusive community of practice which promotes evidence-informed prevention, early intervention and management of pain across the life span for all South Australians.
As a SCN Clinical Lead, you will:
- collaborate with clinicians, consumers, carers and key stakeholders to drive innovation and improve outcomes for people living with chronic pain
- provide strategic leadership and advice to the CEIH and SA Health on quality and safety in chronic pain care
- represent and advocate for the SCN across the health system.
The SCN Clinical Lead will be selected through a merit-based process.
Applications close Wednesday 3 December 2025.
