After successfully collaborating with The Caring Futures Institute (CFI) in 2023 for the Cancer Navigation Project, we are excited to announce a three-year partnership with the institute, solidifying our commitment to transforming the South Australian health system. This joint venture leverages the strengths of both organisations to drive tangible improvements in areas crucial to patient care and system efficiency.
CFI is Australia’s first fully dedicated research centre for self-care and caring solutions and brings exceptional research expertise to the table. CEIH, with its dedicated focus on system leadership to drive tangible change across the health system, provides a powerful platform for translating research into real-world action.
Together, our focus areas will include supporting a learning health system, enhancing clinical leadership and improving health system navigation.
This formal partnership is built on a strong foundation of shared vision, values, and goals. A comprehensive agreement outlines specific objectives and deliverables, ensuring a focused and impactful collaboration.
Our Commissioner, Prof. Keith McNeil and CFI incoming Director Prof. Rebecca Golley expressed their enthusiasm for this venture. They emphasised the shared values of patient-centered care, continuous improvement, and collaborative innovation that fuel this powerful partnership.
We believe that by uniting our strengths, we can achieve much more than either organisation could alone. This partnership marks a significant step forward in our collective pursuit of a healthier, more efficient, and patient-centered healthcare system for all South Australians.
Stay tuned for updates on our exciting collaborative projects and the positive impact we aim to create together!
