The Statewide PRM Program stage 1 implementation is commencing from late October 2023 with in-scope services comprising those already collecting PRMs. It is an exciting time for these services, who will now be able to manage and schedule their patient reported outcome measures (PROMs) or patient reported experience measures (PREMs) through the innovative digital platform ZEDOC, and have access to their consumer and service level data in real time.
Implementation of PRMs in clinical services will ensure that consumers and clinicians have the information they need to make the best decisions together, supporting services to provide the care that consumers need and want.
The services implementing as part of stage 1 are:
Statewide Services
- Mental Health – Consumer and Carer PREMs
Southern Adelaide Local Health Network
- Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery PROMs:
- Breast Reconstruction service
