Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

We appreciate the importance of taking the time to connect, listen, learn, and walk together towards a reconciled Australia.

Reconciliation is about fostering relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Aboriginal peoples, acknowledging the historical events that have strained race relations.

As an agency, we are committed to a reconciled Australia, working in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to achieve health equity, and better health and wellbeing for all.

We launched our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in July 2024.

Our Reflect RAP outlines the foundation we are setting to establish meaningful and long-term relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders and communities to contribute to reconciliation in a respectful way.

Our RAP highlights the significant actions we are taking to progress reconciliation in our workplace, core business and sphere of influence, including important activities to improve opportunities through our Statewide Clinical Networks, Patient Reported Measures Program, and Workplace Wellbeing, Partnerships, Innovation and Clinical Informatics portfolios.
