What are Priority Focus Areas (PFAs)?
Priority Focus Areas (PFAs) are SA Health’s top priorities for improving patient outcomes and the healthcare system. Each PFA focuses on a key theme and aims to deliver real improvements through time-limited projects.
PFAs are guided by Expert Advisory Groups (EAGs) made up of clinicians, consumers, and other subject matter experts. EAGs work together, following a clear workplan, to guide and complete their projects.
For more information about the PFAs see our FAQs about Priority Focus Areas.
