New SA Hospital Experience Survey (SAHIS) survey replaces the Measuring Consumer Experience Program

The PRM Pro­gram is enhanc­ing real-time patient feed­back via ZEDOC. Engag­ing 155,000+ patients, it enhances care across net­works. SAHIS replaces tele­phon­ic calls with dig­i­tal sur­veys, ensur­ing patient voic­es shape care.

OPTIMAL care: Enhancing transitions for older persons in hospitals

The inter­ven­tion phase of this project is cur­rent­ly under­way in three wards in CAL­HN in Novem­ber 2024. The project is being imple­ment­ed over 14 months, with wards in SAL­HN join­ing from March 2025 and in NAL­HN by May 2025.
